Baron Gajkowski is an accomplished Project Manager with over five years of experience in entitlements, underwriting, and leasing. With a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development (MRED), Baron has honed his skills in the dynamic field of real estate, focusing on both multi-family and single-family projects at CW Urban.
Baron’s goal is to be a great teammate and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Born and raised in Utah, Baron is a proud Utah State University football “has-been,” and a huge NFL fan. He is also a self-proclaimed foodie and considers his greatest accomplishment to be when he was recognized in the 2023 Gajkowski Family Dad of the Year Award, proudly securing the runner-up position.
